Corporate Strategy, Business Development and Human Resources - B.V.Gautam B.E, M.B.A.
Mr. B.V.Gautam has a Master’s in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. He has more than a decade of international business development and project management experience in the field of renewable energy to his credit. He oversees the day to day operations of the Group including Human Resources.
Technical - N.Pasumalaithevan B.E (Civil) M.E (IWM).
N.Pasumalaithevan has bachelor degree in Civil Engineering and Master’s in IWM. He has served in PWD for 34 years and retired as Superintending Engineer. He worked as Hydrologist for 4.5 years after retirement from Government of Tamil Nadu. He has also served as a Consultant in WAPCOS. Currenly involved in preparation of detailed project report and formulation of projects relating to Hydro power development.
Administration and Corporate Communication - Ms. Shamantha Kasi Reddy M.A. (Mass Communication)
Ms. Shamantha Kasi Reddy has a Master’s in Mass Communications. She joined the group to implement and oversee communication programs that effectively describe and promote the group and its activities in addition to event management.
Operations & Commercial - D.V.P. Reddy
D.V.P.Reddy has more than 18 years of experience as Head – Operations & Exports in Oil Field Chemicals manufacturing Company. He is involved in obtaining various permissions / clearances/ approvals etc from various government bodies, identifying land for future projects and taking care of day to day power generation and sales activities.
