Dr. V. Bakthavatsalam, Non Executive Chairman

​

Dr. V. Bakthavatsalam is a pioneer in the field of renewable energy development in India and was conferred a doctorate of science in renewable energy. He was the First Managing Director of Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency(IREDA), an unique institution for overseeing the promotion, development and financing of renewables in India. After his fourteen year stint as Managing Director of IREDA , he has been actively involved in providing advisory services in the field of renewables. He was also the Chairman of the State Level Environment Impact Assessment Authority (SEIAA), Government of Andhra Pradesh under the Ministry of Environment & Forests, Government of India for six years.

B. V. Gautam, Director

B.V.Gautam has a Master’s in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. He has more than a decade of international business development and project management experience in the field of renewable energy to his credit. He oversees the day to day operations of the Group including Human Resources and Strategy.

Shamantha Kasi Reddy, Director

​

K. Shamantha has a Master’s in Mass Communications. She joined the group to implement and oversee communication programs that effectively describe and promote the group and its activities in addition to event management.
